- Gold Sponsor = $3000 (This fee entitles four representatives of your company to attend the entire conference including meals and refreshments. Additional person(s) may be registered for a fee of $899.00 each)
- Elite Sponsor = $5000 (This fee entitles four representatives of your company to attend the entire conference including meals and refreshments and also a complimentary Exhibitor booth. Additional person(s) may be registered for a fee of $899.00 each)

Registration entitles each exhibiting organization to attend and demonstrate their products at the conference on October 18-19, 2017.
Exhibitors may register either by online or mail-in registration. Exhibit space will be assigned using a priority rating given to companies based on past participation. Exhibitors also accrue priority based in the date of receipt of their completed application and payment.
